50 to 60% advance to start, the balance on milestones. No work begins without the advance, and every payment is against a written scope.
Do I own the website?
Yes. After the final payment, the code, content and domain are yours.
What if I want changes after we start?
Small tweaks are part of the work. Anything that changes the scope is written down with its price before I do it.
Will the AI assistant replace my staff?
No. It answers repeat questions and passes real enquiries to your team. A person always stays in charge.
How long does it take?
Quick sites take 5 to 7 days, business websites 7 to 10, CRM and AI projects 15 to 20. It depends on how quickly you send content and feedback.
